The Association Autumn Lunch is a social event that gives members an opportunity
to meet and sit down together in a convivial setting. The lunch is entirely informal
with no seating plan and no speeches. The lunch, first held in 2007, replaced the
300 Club Wine and Cheese Party and has proved a great success with 62 members attending
the 2009 lunch.
The 2012 Lunch will be held at the Bedford Arms Hotel, Chenies, near Rickmansworth,
Hertfordshire on Sunday 25 November 2012 at 12.30 for 1.00pm. The Lunch will be
three courses, with a choice of 3 starters and 3 main courses with vegetarian options,
followed by desserts from the trolley, coffee and chocolate mints. The cost for
each luncher is likely to be £28.00. This price is subsidised from 300 Club funds.
Lunchers will buy their own wine. House wines will be available at about £16 a bottle.
The Autumn Lunch is open to all members of the Association and their guests. All
members of the Association will receive the Calling Notice with the 2012 OGA Summer
Mailout in May 2012.
